Outfitter Habitat
Ten Point Lodge is located on 520 private acres, adjoining 200 acres of state land.
All total there are 479 wooded acres and 241 acres of work land.
We have helped mother nature along by direct seeding over 24 acres of assorted hardwoods, 5 acres of conifers, 14.7 acres of short prairie grass primarily for quail habitat, and over 500 fruit trees and shrubs including apple, pear, plum and cherry trees.
To date we have done timber stand improvement on 140 acres of old stand timber to remove invasive species. We have removed all of our barb wire fences to encourage the flow and movement of deer throughout our property.
